The Urban Decay Spectrum Eyeshadow Palette retails for $54US or $65CAN for 15 x 0.05 oz worth of product. This palette contain a few new, a few permanent and a few Limited Edition shades from previous LE collection palettes. So if you have the 15th Anniversary, Vice, Vice 2, OZ Glinda, and Vice 3 palettes you might have a number of dupes in this one.

Personally I think it's great they are offering up some of the jewel tone shades from collections past.

Products: Most of these shadows are buttery in nature. But like with most Urban Decay shadow that have micro glitter there is fall out issues with a few shades.

Colour:
Protest is a golden forest green with subtle gold shimmer.
Junkie is a bright teal with a gold sheen.
Deep End is a vibrant turquoise with a shimmer finish.
Madness is a light royal metallic blue shimmer with micro-glitter.
Evidence is a deep navy metallic blue.
Prank is deep blackened navy matte with turquoise shimmer. This one needs a base to hold onto the shimmer and i can apply slightly sheer without a base.
Omen is a light metallic purple with blue shift.
Flashback is bright purple with pink shift and sparkle.
Voodoo is a deep metallic purple shimmer with silver micro-glitter.
Flatline is a pale pink, with a metallic finish.
Bordello is beige mauve pearl with white micro-glitter. There was fall out with this one.
Backlash is bright pink with purple sheen.
Daybreak is a soft light bronze with silver glitter. There was a tiny amount of fallout with the shimmer.
Burn is a medium golden brown with silver micro-glitter.
West medium neutral brown with a pearl finish.

Wear: They last 5-6 hours on their own.

Packaging: This palette style is a relaunch of the Urban Decay 15th Anniversary Pallette that was launched in 2011 and was the first time UD. it a solid plastic box with laser cut sides, skinned in a matte textured lid, with the blacked green UD logo, and a gunmetal black bottom. The inside have a tray that houses 15 eye shadows and has a velvet line under tray.

The tray that houses the eye shadows can be depotted with heat. I recommend use the oven instead of a straightening iron as the tray is awkward to balance on the iron b=plates. The glue they use it a soft rubber and to get under they pans you will need a thing point like a t-pin or palette/scripting knife to pry the pans out from the corners.

Verdict:
I think this is a perfect cool tone palette for those that love all shades that run with a hint of blue tone in them. What I wished it had was again a yellow like Blitz or an orange instead of 3 brown tones as those shades are nice but 3 of them is a tad bit redundant. But with that said I definitely like these shades from other palette in this one because I wasn't in love with all the tones in ever LE Urban Decay palette tha put out in recent years.

It's a nice sampling of shade from the past 4 to 5 years with the 15th Anniversary that came out in January of 2011.
