Believe:

Products: 
The matte formula Myth is powdery and slightly sheer. It might have been worth it to exclude this shade for a green of warm gold one. But this is more of a crease colour for fair to light skin tones. I'm not sure how well as a matte highlighter or nude base on other skin tones because of the rosy tone of this shade.

The shimmer shades are also dry in the pan with exception of Wings and Marvel. It makes the shades slightly harder to blend but I found they in place and don't bleed out through the day however. The pigmentation is very good on all the shimmer shades as well.

Strobing Eye and Cheek Highlighter in Believe is a dry highlighter powder (drier than the eyeshadows as well) and I did have a harder time blending it out on the face. Less more so layering up in small amount of product at a time worked better for me. This shade is really pretty and an inner corner highlighter.

Colour:

Crystal is a pale dusty mauve with champagne shimmer.
Pixie is a light warm pink with pale gold shimmer.

Myth is a rosy brown nude with a matte finish.
Magic is a bronze with a shimmer finish.
Wings is a copper with a shimmer finish. (A little chunky in the pan but smooths out)

Marvel is a green based light gold with a shimmer finish. (A little chunky in the pan but smooths out)
Trance is a rose taupe with a shimmer finish.

Fairy is a blue base mid-tone purple with a shimmer finish.

Mystic is a blue-based silver with a shimmer finish.

Dream is a turquoise with an aqua shimmer finish.

Strobing Eye and Cheek Highlighter in Believe is a white with pale pink shift with a micro-shimmer finish.

Wear: I get a good 5+ hours with on their own with the eyeshadows, these ones really need a primer because of the dry texture to last longer.

The highlighter on the checks I got 8 hours.

Packaging: This palette is a plastic box with a gold colour metallic mirror finish and large mirror in the lid. The pan size is slightly smaller than it needed to be but this reminds me of the Aqualillies collaboration from a few years back with the inclusion of a face powder as well. ;)

Verdict:
It's been a long time since I bought a colour eyeshadow palette from Tarte and compared to the other 2 Tartlette palettes (review the fallowing week), I found this new formula on the drier side which is odd for shimmer shadows in general.

These shades are soo me but at the same time I know I own singles that are similar enough from Inglot, Makeup Geek and Sugarpill to cover my light shimmer shade needs (but not the same as a dupe).

I kind of want Crystal, Pixie, and Marvel to become permanent to Tarte's single shades line as they are a bit more unique for me. I wish that Believe was a tad smoother as well but it's still workable on the checks, and great for the eyes.
