Ingredients :
TALC, MICA, ALUMINUM STARCH OCTENYLSUCCINATE, OCTYLDODECYL STEAROYL STEARATE, COPERNICIA CERIFERA (CARNAUBA) WAX, MAGNESIUM MYRISTATE, SYNTHETIC FLUORPHLOGOPITE, DIISOSTEARYL MALATE, HYDROGENATED POLYISOBUTENE, METHYL METHACRYLATE CROSSPOLYMER, CAPRYLYL GLYCOL, HEXYLENE GLYCOL, TIN OXIDE, SILICA, PHENOXYETHANOL, BENZYL ALCOHOL, DEHYDROACETIC ACID, CI 77491 (IRON OXIDES), CI 77492 (IRON OXIDES), CI 77499 (IRON OXIDES), CI 77742 (MANGANESE VIOLET), CI 77891 (TITANIUM DIOXIDE).
Product:
This highlighter is an oddball. The texture is silky smooth and fine milled with a subtle shimmer to it. I remind me more of a face powder or finishing powder than a highlighter but the shade is light enough to use as a matte highlighting powder that adds some glow.

Colour:
10 Let It Glow is a pale blushed beige with a satin finish.

Wear: On the cheeks, it lasts 8-10 hours before noticing any fading.

Packaging: This is a simple plastic compact with clear flat lid.

Daylight swatches: Essence Strobing Highlighter in 10 Let It Glow, applied heavy and buffed out.
Flash swatches: Essence Strobing Highlighter in 10 Let It Glow, applied heavy and buffed out.
Verdict:
This is not a traditional highlighter compared to Essence Pure NUDE Highlighter in 10. be my highlight which I reviewed last month but there is still a natural glow to the powder that is reminiscent of some of MAC's more subtle beauty powders in the past.

It a nice powder but I feel like it's miss-marketed as it fails as a strobing/shimmer highlighter. But it's still a nice powder to work with.
