Product: 

The Matte formula shadows are pigmented and smooth to apply and work with. I did find that the Neutral Necessity palette shades were more opaque than the Cupcakes and Monsters. The formula of these shadows are designed to be blendable with a built in primer. So the softer nature of these shadows runs through all the shades but the vibrant ones are harder to formulate so they come off more powdery but they do build up over a primer much better than my dry swatches on bare skin.

Colour: 

Prohibition Pub is an off white with a matte finish.

Turkish Bath is a warm nude with a matte finish.

Lock Bridge is a coral orange with a matte finish.

Shanghai Nights is a pink base pale nude with a matte finish.

Night Market is a charcoal black with a matte finish.

Islander is a warm brown with a matte finish.

Hookah is a bright cranberry with a matte finish.

Madrid is a warm tan with a matte finish.

Sugar Diet is a bright aqua with a matte finish.
Electric Slide is a is a light canary yellow with a matte finish.
Funny Face is a bright fuschia with a matte finish.
Bloody Mary is a  with a matte finish.
Got Milk is a pure white with a matte finish. This shade is sheerer than Prohibition Pub.
Sangria Sundays is a  with a matte finish.
Clover Club is a with a matte finish.
Blue Lagoon is a  with a matte finish.

Wear:
On their own these last in the 8-hour range. But a primer makes them all a full day on the lids.

Packaging: The size of these pans are only 2mm larger in diameter compared to Make Up For Ever eyeshadows and MAC's larger eyeshadows.

The Single compact shadows are housed in a clear lid compact. The single pans come with a name on the back and are magnetic to use in either their Pro palette of another freedom style palette.

The single pan and Singel compact box art now has rainbow glitter foil paper with the artwork printed on top.

The Pro Palette has a nice sealed paper wrap with gold foil and Gloss applied to the art work.

SUVA Bloody Mary is warmer and deeper than Sugarpill Flamepoint. Sugarpill Love+ & @#$%! are much cooler and darker red by comparison.

Verdict: 

I like both of these palettes and even though they pigmentation isn't as intense as my Sugarpill pans they work beautifully on the eye and skin if you're doing character makeup.

For me personally, I'm not a fan of the shades in the Neutral Necessity only because the nude shades are more like blender shades on my pale skin tone like Turkish Bath. But even if you pale like me the matte white helps to pale out any shade that doesn't work for you. Although shadow quality wise I still feel like Neutral Necessity is the better palette but it has easier to formulate shades compared to the Cupcakes and Monsters palette.

What I find interesting is that Prohibition Pub performed better than Got Milk when these shades should have been identical but the true white nature of Got Milk seemed to have made it really sheer.
