The Stila Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadows formula is a water-based glitter glue with fine shimmer pigments used in the base of most of the shades with micro to medium size glitter strewn into the formula.
These 3 shades all use silver glitter to add the most bright light on the lids which is something a lot of brands do to create the same feel over the shades. The packaging makes it easy to apply but using a brush also work to layer this one on.

Colour:
Kitten Karma is a rose pink shimmer base with silver glitter.
Smoky Storm is a rose pink shimmer base with silver glitter.
Wear: I get a good 6+ hours with no base for the Glitter and the Base Colour of Kitten Karma and Smoky Storm last 9+ hours for me. Because of the large glitter particles, I do recommend a primer and/or a sticky base to make these last longer on the eyes.
Packaging: These have boxed clear tube with gold caps and gold lettering. The felted applicator is flat and paddle-shaped to spread the product on more like frosting. ;)

Verdict:
I do like this formula and is better than most of the pre-mixed glitter on the market, but I do have fallout issues with the glitter over the course of a day due to my slightly hooded lids. Nothing has beet my Lit Cosmetic Glitter glue for applying and wearing Glitter all day for me.
That said there is a new product being launched in the spring when it comes to the base shimmer you see in this product. The Shimmer & Glow shades in the STILA Eye For Elegance Liquid Eye Shadow Set which looks to be an amped up version of the base shades the use in this formula that I'm excited for. I didn't get the set because the Glitter &Glow shades have a very sheer base colour to them and I rather recommend the shades in this set and wait for the spring lunch.
