The Milani Strobelight Instant Glow Powder retails for $10US and $14.99CAN for 0.30 oz/ 8.5g per product. 

The other shades 02 Dayglow (which is looked darker than 03 Sunglow on pale skin) and 04 Glowing you can find in stores now in Canada. I found these at only 1 Rexall in my city but the other Walmart displays didn't have them (yet, one looking VERY empty for maybe new products....?)

Ingredients: 

Mica (CI 77019), Magnesium Stearate, Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate, Phenyl Trimethicone, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Cyclopentasiloxane, Silica, Talc, Dimethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Dehydroacetic Acid. +/- May Contain: Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Red 7 Lake (CI 15850).

Product:
The Milani Strobelight Instant Glow Powder formula is a shimmer fine milled powders with a smooth texture while applying to the skin. There are no large shimmer/glitter particles, so it feels closer to the formula of Becca Shimmer Skin Perfector Pressed butt these look a little more metallic on the skin.

Colour:

01 Afterglow is a champagne pearl with a shimmer finish. On me, it doesn't read too pink with my pale olive skin.
03 Sunglow is a warm bright gold with a shimmer finish.

Wear: These lasted 9+ hours on bare skin.

Packaging: Metalic gold mirror finish plastic compact with clear lid.

Daylight swatches: 01 Afterglow & 03 Sunglow, applied heavy and buffed out.

Flash swatches: 01 Afterglow & 03 Sunglow applied heavy and buffed out.

Verdict:
My initial reaction was that this didn't behave like I beloved Becca's Shimmering Skin Perfector formula but you know what these looks the same on my skin for the most part just a touch more shimmery but considering these are $15 verse $45-ish yeah get the cheaper one unless your nuts like me for highlighters.
I'm keeping the 01 Afterglow shade for sure so I will have swatches later on comparing it to other highlighters in the future. But 03 Sunglow is a more yellow/gold version of theBalm Mary-lou-manizer which I also passed on to someone else.

I have to say I love to get the 07 Summer Glow shade... please...
