For the Jeffree Star Androgyny Palette, the matte shades are very pigmented but smooth to apply. These shades have some kick up in the pan, but I'm impressed as to how consistent the formula is between shades. ;)

The shades of Frosting and Déjà Vu are shimmery formula are all smooth to apply to the skin but can get a little chunky if over applied without a primer.

The Skin Frost in Ice Cold & Princess Cut is a high shimmer formula with micro-shimmer particles. The formula gives off a nice bit of glow, but you can see the small shimmer particles up close if you apply them heavily.

Frosting is a light gold with a shimmer finish.
Safe Word is a light taupe camel with a matte finish.
Charm is a burnt bright orange with a matte finish.
Déjà Vu is a deep bronze with a shimmer finish.
Dominatrix is a deep cool brown with a matte finish.
Androgyny is a dusty plum with a matte finish.
Fetish is a russet red with a matte finish.
Military is a khaki light green with a matte finish.
Poison is a deep teal with a matte finish.
Swallow is a is a deep marine blue with a matte finish.

Skin Frost in:
Ice Cold is a warm pale white gold with a shimmer formula.
Princess Cut is a warm light pink with a pale white gold shimmer formula.

Wear: Most I get about 6-8 hours of wear without a base with these eyeshadows. The Skin Frost's get 8+ hour on bare skin and a lot longer over foundation. 

Packaging: The palette is a simple cardboard box compact with a mirror and a magnet for closure.

The highlighters are a large pink plastic compact with a mirror in the lid.

Verdict: Overall the Androgyny Palette has a nice range of deep colours with neutrals to create some rounded look. I considered this a smokey colour palette so wither you're interested in that is up to you, but this is a nice roundup of colours most brands don't offer.

The Skin Frost formula is very frosty, but I found these shades are still wearable without going into full glitter spectrum. Sadly only Ice Cold works for my fair skin as a highlighter because I'm just too pale to pull off Princess Cut as other than a blush or blush topper as the pink tone it VERY noticeable on my skin. ;)
