Almay Smart Shade Lipbutter in 60 Pink Light/Medium, 80 Red Light/Medium and 90 Berry Medium |
The Almay Smart Shade Lipbutter retail for $6.99US and 8.99CAN each. I don't usually review or even try Almay products as they tend to be sheer on average. These where refreshingly pigmented in comparison.

Product:
This formula reminds me of a more pigmented version of
Revlon's ColorBurst Lip Butter. Which is a good thing in my book. The formula is lightly hydrating and semi sheer. I also found that the formula last on my lips longer compared to Revlon's which means I wasn't going through the tubes as quickly.
Colour:
60 Pink Light/Medium is a bright sheer berry pink with a glossy finish.
80 Red Light/Medium is a sheer cool rose red with a glossy finish.
90 Berry Medium is a sheer warm mauve berry with a glossy finish.
Wear: For about 4 hours before needing a touch up for both colour and hydration.
Packaging: Simple lipstick bullet tube.

Verdict
I love these for on the go shades where I want a hint of colour and less fuss applying. And Honestly the advertising was based on this concept as well.So kudos for Almay for knowing their target market as well. I've been keeps 1 or 2 shades in my purse for that reason.
