The Skin Frost in Sarcophagus has a high shimmer formula with micro-shimmer particles. The formula gives off a nice bit of glow, but you can see the small shimmer particles up close if you apply them heavily.

The Supreme Frost in Snow Globe has a high shimmer formula with glitter. This formula is an eyeshadow formula in a highlighter formula. Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate is what gives this shade the high glitter/shimmer without it being plastic or metal-based glitter while retaining a softer look to the shimmer. This is frosty for sure with the glitter, but it surprisingly works. This shade and formula is a highlighter topper for me. It will give you glow in photos that sometimes get lost in lighting but it very noticeable in person so not for daytime office glow without a need for it.

Supreme Frost in Snow Globe pale beige shimmer with a warm rainbow glitter formula.

Wear: The Skin Frost's get 8+ hour on bare skin and a lot longer over foundation.
The Supreme Frost is a little softer and dryer powder so without a setting spray I get 6+ hours.

Packaging: The Jeffree Star Skin Frost highlighters are a large pink plastic compact with a mirror in the lid. The pan is embossed with the Jeffree Star logo.

Jeffree Star Sarcophagus is a frostier warmer gold compared to Becca Moonstone.

Jeffree Star Ice Cold is a frostier white compared to Becca Pearl.

Verdict: 
The Skin Frost formula is very frosty, but I found these shades are still wearable without going into full glitter spectrum. The shade Sarcophagus has a very similar texture to Ice Cold but reads warmer on my pale skin.

The Supreme Frost in Snow Globe is the lightest permanent shade in the range and does work with my pale skin is very glittery but it a cool looking product layered on the skin, but the closest to glitter highlighter I would like on certain occasions.
