Ingredients

SYNTHETIC FLUORPHLOGOPITE, GLYCERIN, MICA, AQUA/WATER/EAU, CYCLOPENTASILOXANE, CETEARYL ALCOHOL, CERA ALBA/BEESWAX/CIRE D’ABEILLE, DIMETHICONE, CAPRYLYL GLYCOL, LANOLIN, SORBITAN OLEATE, ETHYLHEXYL PALMITATE, STEARIC ACID, ETHYLHEXYL METHOXYCINNAMATE, JOJOBA ESTER, TOCOPHERYL ACETATE, TIN OXIDE, BHA.

Product: The formula of these eyeshadows is a blend between ColourPop's pot eyeshadows and
Stila Magnificent Metals Foil Finish Eye Shadow. Much like ColourPop's pot eyeshadows, these do dry down on the skin on their own without adding anything to them as a binder, but they have a wetter texture and foiled appearance similar to Stila's. They can be applied sheerly or build up to full coverage without any issue.

I will say the Gold and Sliver shades are the most like the Stila formula with large shimmer particles in them and they do wear down quicker than the other 3 shades on their own.

I found using a synthetic brush or your fingers worked best for applying these and they do have enough working time to defuse out before they set. 

Because glycerin is the main humectant in the formula, you can reactivate these with a slight drop more of pure glycerin, but too much can cause the formula longevity to on the skin to break down.

Colour:
Gold is a pure light gold shimmer with no colour base.
Rose Gold is a rose gold/copper pearl with silver micro shimmer.
Germanium is a taupe dusty purple pearl with silver shimmer.
Mercury is a warm blackened brown with silver micro shimmer.
Silver is a pure bright silver shimmer with no colour base.

Wear: The shades Rose Gold, Germanium, and Mercury wear for 8 hours on their own with minor shimmer fall out on my hooded lids. Not bad but much better with a primer. Gold and Silver wear for 4-6 hours on their own before seeing glitter fall out on the cheeks but they are still on the lid past that point. ;)

Packaging: Simple pot style packaging that can be twisted tightly. The eyeshadows comes shrink wrapped but I found some of the lids were not close tightly so make sure to seal these as they can dry out like colour pop eyeshadows.

Verdict:
Originally I was only going to review 2 of these shades but I was so impressed with the formula I went back for the last 3. Whether or not you need these it's up to you but they pick perfect classic shades for the metal shimmer eyeshadow looks these put Stila's to shame. ;)
