Products: 
The shimmer shade formula which is buttery smooth with full pigmentation. They blend out beautifully on the skin with minimal fall out of the micro glitter/shimmer strewn throughout the shadow base.

Colour:

Star Light is a platinum shimmer with a high-shine silver mico-glitter finish.
Bikini is a pale pink with a high-shine silver/green mico-glitter finish.
Skinny Dip is a pale gold with a high-shine gold mico-glitter finish.
Tan Lines is an antique bronze with a high-shine gold mico-glitter finish.
Magic Hour is a pale cool taupe with a high-shine silver mico-glitter finish.
Midnight Swim is a cocoa bronze with a high-shine pale gold mico-glitter finish. 

Wear: I get a good 6-7+ hours with on their own with the eyeshadows.

Packaging: This palette is a board stock compact with a mirror in the lid with magnetic closures. The box art has an embossed holo-glitter foil over the artwork.

I'm comparing this palette to the Tarte Make Believe In Yourself: Eye & Cheek Palette which retails for $40US the same as the Jouer Skinny Dip Collection Ultra Foil Shimmer Shadows. Both palettes have these high shine shimmer shades but the Jouer Skinny Dip are much more intense in person with the added shimmer particles. That said you more Product in the Tarte palette of 11g / 0.38 oz. total for just the shadows compares to Jouer Skinny Dip 7.5 g / 0.26 oz if you're looking for more colour diversity.

Shades that were closest to each other are:

Star Light is brighter compared to Tarte Mystic.

Bikini is light and less peach compared to Tarte Pixie.

Skinny Dip is deeper compared to Tarte Marvel

Magic Hour is darker and less rosy compared to Tarte Trance, & darker and less golden compared to Tarte Crystal.

Verdict:
This is a NICE collection of high-shine eyeshadows but you will need other eyeshadows to complete a look. That said this I the palette for those that love glitter but want a more refined finish and easier to apply in and eyeshadow.

I will also say the formula of the Jouer Skinny Dip Collection Ultra Foil Shimmer Shadows is less dry and better to work with than the Tarte Make Believe In Yourself: Eye & Cheek Palette.
