The e.l.f. studio Blush Palette in Light retails for $6US or $10CAN for 0.14 oz / 4 g worth of product, but I think they mislabel the amount as this should be for each pan.

Products:
These first two matte blushes have a formula that is smooth to apply and build up with a slightly powdery texture. I would say they have medium coverage which is fine for a powder.

The last two satin blushes have a richly pigmented and smooth texture that can be sheered out and it not that powdery to work with

Colour:
Blush 1 is a light pink with a matte finish.
Blush 2 is a warm tan with a matte finish.
Blush 3 is a rose pink with a satin finish.
Blush 4 is a rich coral pink with a satin finish.

Blush 1, Blush 2, Blush 3, & Blush 4.

Wear: 5-7 hours on bare skin for all the powders.

Packaging: Simple black compact with snap closure and mirror in the lid. The pans can be popped out and rearrange.

Verdict:
The e.l.f. studio Blush Palette in Light is a great blush palette from the drugstore. I particularly preferred the formula of shades 3 and 4 at the bottom as they feel closer to a high-end blush, But it was a really nice palette to work with.
