The Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer is a full coverage silicone based concealer that has a creamy texture and dries down to a matte finish on the skin. The formula is smooth in applying, and I found it sheers out nicely with a damp sponge if you want lighter coverage. But this one can flake off as I found on my bare skin, the inner corner faded and cracked off where there was more movement. It does work over foundation better I found though. It has more stay powder as well but on bare skin didn't clock out at 10 hours for me and my dry skin. It doesn't transfer after is set under an hour.

Not the kicker is it not crease-proof at all because it doesn't set without a powder I found this would gather in the folds in my undereye area. This formula feels like a wax mixed with silicone, so it had a dewy look on the skin and lived longer on my bare skin despite gather in my undereye lines. Once set with a powder, this one does crease less than without and it doesn't move around on the skin, but this one will transfer if you don't powder it. But it's more skin like in texture for a concealer under the eyes.

I actually think both concealers have their merits the Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer is a thick setting concealer with a matte finish while the Creaseless Under Eye Concealer is more emollient. I think the two mixed together might have better results if you have dry skin like me but both have. But each one has very different properties so you might like one over the other.
Still not the same level as my NARS Creamy Concealer which is a holy grail concealer for me.
