The formula is a wax formula that is smooth to apply but also quick to set. The texture of these are all matte and the product in the pencil is firm but not too stiff to apply but can slightly tug at the lips.
Colour:
Nude is a light camel brown with a matte finish.
Pink is a true dusty rose pink with a matte finish.
Wear:
16+ hour wear when you take care to not get food on your lips on their own. With eating and constant talk or a lipstick/lip gloss over them, the 7 hours claim holds up just fine and on average you get 9-10 hours wear.
Packaging:
This is a standard wood composite pencil with a clear cap and needs to be sharpened. The brush at the end is animal hair but it's very soft and nicely tapered to blend.
