These Matte formula shadows are VERY pigmented and the most part smooth. I did find that these light new pan 4 shades are slightly stiff in the pan but it does apply evenly on bare skin.

The Silverlake Loose Eyeshadow pigment is in a new binder that is wetter compared to the other loose eyeshadows the brand currently seller and s  compressed down in the jar for that reason. Silverlake will take any silver eyeshadow up a notch layer it over a silver base. This although a loose eyeshadow works best as an eyeshadow topper.

The Sugarpill Fun Size Palette pan eyeshadows are in interesting set in that they are a little sheer but all bulk up on the lid without a primer. With a primer they a BOLD on the lids.
 Colour: 
Hypnotic is a cool shy blue with a matte finish. 

Arsenic is an acid green with a matte finish. 

Tokyo is a bright warm pink with a matte finish. 

Velouria is a bright lavender with a matte finish. 

Silverlake Loose Eyeshadow is a silver shimmer base with rainbow micro glitter finish.

Cheat Code is a seafoam with a matte finish.
8-Bit is a periwinkle with a matte finish.
Player On is a deep lilac with a matte finish.
Twitch is a mint green with a matte finish.
Level Up is a bright pink with a matte finish.
Rage Quit is a bright magenta with a matte finish.
Continue? is a light yellow with a matte finish.
High Score is a bright tangerine with a matte finish.
Game Over is an orange-toned red with a matte finish.


Wear:
On their own these pan eyeshadows last in the 8-hour range. But a primer makes them all a full day on the lids.

The Silverlake Loose Eyeshadow has a littler more stick due to the new base formula but it still needs something to grip onto like a primer of mixing water to make this one really stick.

Fun Size Palette eyeshadows last in the 7-hour range. But a primer makes them all a full day on the lids.

Packaging: The size of these pans are only 2mm larger in diameter compared to Make Up For Ever eyeshadows and MAC's larger eyeshadows.

The Fun Size palette is a cardstock base with a plastic tray compact to house the pans. With a mirror in the lid and a magnetic closure.

Sugarpill Silverlake Loose Eyeshadow is replacing Grand Tiara. In photos, Silverlake looks darker but the light that shines off of the larger particles is brighter compare to Grand Tiara which looks duller but smoother in texture.

I have a shade of each of the Sugarpill single pans shade compared to the Fun Size palette shades. Both new and original shades.

Flash swatches: Cheat Code, Mochi (DC'd), Velouria, 8-Bit, Velocity, Player One, & 2am (DC'd).

Cheat Code is a brighter compared to Mochi (DC'd) single pan.
Velouria single pan is more purple compared to 8-Bit and Velocity single pan is way darker compare to 8-Bit.
Player One is a is way paler compared to 2am (DC'd) single pan.

Verdict: 

Sugarpill Pressed Eyeshadows new pans are smooth with these light 4 new shades to work with and along with the new Fun Size Palette that only gives you 1 current shade overlap in the Sugarpill line.

Sugarpill Silverlake Loose Eyeshadow is just as good as there classic loose eyeshadow and pigments but you still need something to bind the eyeshadow to the lids for longer wear.
