Annabelle Twist Up Retractable Lipstick Crayon in Naked, Bazooka Pink, and Sorbet |
So apparently Annabelle not done with the new shades as I saw at Rexall a bin of 12 shades including the previous 5 I've reviewed/swatches for $9.99CAN. I pick up 3 of 7 remaining shades but the thing is that these all complement the original line of colours (two of the new shades are deep reds in Red Cherry and Vamp for the fall ;) ) so I'm thinking these will be permanent.
Colour:
Naked is a pale peach/pink nude tithe a neutral undertone. (It's lighter then Absolute and less pink toned)
Bazooka Pink really is just like the bubble gum with with a bright in your face light pink.
Sorbet is a warm tone coral pink.
Wear: Close to 4 hours wear. These shades do stain your lips except Naked.
Packaging: Twist up crayon with now need to sharpen and easy to work with to keep the tip pointed.
Compare: Naked is as close of a dupe I've seen to Mac Creme D' Nude lipstick but it's a slight deeper tone and more opaque. Sorbet instantly reminded me of Mac's Fresh Salmon LE lipstick but the formulation is completely different with the MAC Luster finish being very sheer in comparison and it doesn't have the gold shimmer.

Verdict
Super Pumped about the new shades as there are some dupes in it of shades I wanted to buy a Backup of from MAC.
