This palette in LIGHT comes with a contouring powder, highlighting powder, and Rose Gold blush which is a permanent shade blush from Sleek. Retails for $12.49US for 20g /0.68 oz of product. From the description the Fair one only changes the contour shade but that seems to be it. ;)

Product & Colour: 
The matte contour has a almost silky feel to the texture and it fine milled. The highlighter is a fine miller shimmer that is not to large or shimmery. Rose Gold blush it a lovely coral pink 

Contour is the truly neutral deep camel tone. 
Highlight is a plush beige with a luminous quality.
Rose Gold Blush has warm coral pink base with gold shimmer.

Wear: I got about 10-12 hours wear on their own for all the product in this one before notice any fading on their own.

Packaging: The compact feels both sturdy and light. The mirror is also a good size for practical use and still travel friendly.

Compare: Rose Gold blush is what I wish NARS Orgasm had in term of colour pay off. It's just
the most perfect shade that can be sheered down or built up. It also has a similar feel to the
it Cosmetics Vitality Face Disc but found that one slightly more smooth in texture overall.

Verdict:
My Precious!!!  Seriously why don't more brand make palettes like this (I'm looking at you MAC). Also the price point make this budget friendly as well. ;)
