Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick & 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil in Streak

The Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick retails for $22US / $26CAN and the 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil for $19US / $23CAN. It nice to see the new line of lipsticks launched (I bought a few of the old formula ones with shimmer in them that had some major taste issues ;) ) and another option is the market for gel based lip products. Out of all the Shade Streak is the one that call to me the most for it uniqueness in a sea of lipstick products out there.

Product: 

Revolution Lipstick in Streak is slightly sheer and buttery smooth to apply to the lips.

The 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil is a solid smooth to apply lip pencil. I found this to glide on the lip really smoothly compared to Make Up For Ever's formula and this shade is supposedly the driest out of all the lip pencil shades. ;)

Colour: 

Streak lipstick and lip pencil are the same coral pink shade in both formulas. The difference is that the pencil has a small amount of shimmer in it.

Wear: Close to 6 hours wear for the lipstick. The lip liners last all day do long as I'm careful not to get oily foods on my lips. The two together lasts about 8-9 hours because the lipstick does break down the pencil ingredients. ;)

Packaging: Twist-up Bullet lipstick and wood pencil.

Compare: I have nothing similar in shade for both. ;)

Verdict

Love the formula and the shade of Streak! I find it interest that the colour payoff becomes more intense with both the lip pencil and lipstick applied.
