Product: 
NYX Eye Shadow Base in White is a more like a waxy based primer and is denser then the NYX jumbo pencil in Milk formula wise. The Jumbo pencil is more opaque though in pigment. ;)

MAC Chromaline Pure White is a gel/silicon base formula the really does stay put where you apply. I also get more traction out of this product as I can use it as an eyeshadow, primer, eyeliner and it the only white gel product I can get to both apply and stay on my waterline. 

Colour: Both are pure white.

Wear: The NYX Eye Shadow Base in White it still find I need another primer underneath to improve the longevity as a base with my hooded and slightly oily lids. I do experience creasing after 8 hours on it's own.

The MAC Chromaline Pure White lasts all day as a primer or on it's own. 

Packaging: NYX Eye Shadow Base in White is in a plastic jar with lid and MAC Chromaline Pure White is a glass jar with a large lid.

This is not a fare comparison as the NYX Eye Shadow Base in White is not a gel base product but You can buy it local rather then online with MAC Chromaline line. it you just want a white base however NYX Eye Shadow Base is still a excellent product for the price point. I just personally need something a little more heavy duty for my eyes. ;)
