Product & Colour:

Bye Bye Under Eye Waterproof Concealer in Light is a pale beige tone with a warmer yellow based. The product is a thick but emollient cream. The ones thing I notice is that although it is pretty full coverage it not going to cover deep brown spots complete. The shade makes for a good illuminating concealer as well the has a matte finish once it dried down.

But I did have some issue with this one. The first being it clings badly to any and all types of dry skin. Even the smallest and thinnest patches! I created a very noticeable film on those areas. 

The second, if you have a lot of uneven texture it can emphasis it. I not talking just lines, but the bumpy texture I have in my under eye area. For me I have keratosis pilaris all over my body but it not too notable, but I have it in the delicate under eye area which the product did slightly highlight it.

What is does right if you don't have super dry skin, it does have a smooth application and look next to bared skin. The can build it up or thin it out with out issue. 

As to the waterproof properties, not so much. This is a not a silicone product, it is very water resistant due to the waxes used (water does bead off it. ;) ) but it doesn't have the same longevity silicon based products and can break down a bit faster the gel products.

Wear: 

IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Waterproof Concealer in Light 6-7 hours wear without a powder to set it before fading. But it started to turn powdery looking after 3 hours.

Packaging: It has a squeeze tube packaging.

Bye Bye Under Eye Waterproof Concealer in Light on under eye are in a triangle shade for the right eye.

Compare: 

Amazing Cosmetics Amazing Concealer in Fair retails at $42US and $43CAN for 0.5 oz (15ml) of product. So price wise you are getting more for your money out of the Amazing Concealer compared to the Bye Bye Under Eye. They also make a travel size that is $28CAN for 2oz as well.

The Amazing Concealer also have a few thing goings for it. The texture is consistent, It's a much more fuller coverage concealer, and it doesn't break down while wearing it (but it does fade evenly).

Both of these concealer can crease in the fold of you under eye but find you can past the excess product out with a clean finger to remove the excess that gathered there and set with a power to stop that. It can also cling to thicker dry spots but just dry areas it doesn't effect the surface texture as much.

Of course exfoliating your skin with fix those dry spots issues.

Verdict

If you have dry skin I recommend passing on this one. The coverage it great as well as the finish but it found it emphasised any and all dry stops and dried out on the skin faster then most creme concealers I've tried.

I think this one would be great on normal to oily skin though!
