The Surratt Lipslique in Peccadille retails for $34US. I go this shade as part of a Wantable's winter box. It my first time using one of the Surratt product because we just didn't have access to the line outside the US. Sephora is now carrying the line so what better time to review it.

Product & Colour: Peccadille is as described a Sheer plum despite how dark it looks in the tube. This product when I first got it I was expecting a lipstick because there was very little information online about the product it self. 

Now knowing what the product is about it really lives up to the formula. This is a lip balm with colour but rather than a tacky texture or a waxy one this formula has a density that is cushions the lips that lasts longer as well. It not to heavy but it kind of seals the lip like a top coat. The moister richness last about 4 hours but it has an almost lip treatment feel to the product. 

Now this shade is intentionally sheer so I'm curious about what the pigmentation is like for the rest of the shades as they are described as "a sheer to medium finish".

Wear: 3-4 hours wear total before reapplying.

Packaging: Simple twist up bullet but you can not twist it back down so keep that in mind! The black tube and cap also seem to have a muted shimmer coat the fades from the top.

Verdict

This formula is very comfortable on the lips and I'm keen on see this line in person at Sephora in the future to pick my own shades.
