The formula for this concealers is a lightweight texture with medium-full coverage that can be sheered out. The coverage and pigmentation are quite intense so sheering it out is a must in this case as the formula although gel based doesn't completely set on its own.
Colour:
50 APRICOT FOR DARK CIRCLES (LIGHT TO MEDIUM SKIN TONES)
This is a deep and warm terra cotta orange that is scary to work with my pale skin. I'd recommend this correct for correcting blue under eyes of light to medium deeps skin tones, and as a foundation warmer for medium deep to deeper skin tone.
They also have a 60 RED FOR DARK CIRCLES (DEEP SKIN TONES) that I'll assume work for medium deep to really deep skin tones to warm up and correct complexions.
If you have fair or pale like me, you might want to mix 50 APRICOT with a little of 30 PINK FOR DULLNESS (LIGHT SKIN TONES) to lighten and turn more salmon in colour for blue circles. For me I just don't have a use of pink corrector as my skin undertone is olive and pink can look a little too whitening/ashy on my skin.
20 BLUE FOR SALLOWNESS (FAIR TO LIGHT SKIN TONES)
This one is pale powder blue that is meant to correct yellowness or yellow spot, but It also corrects for foundations that are too warm. I also recommend it as a mixer shade to cool down your foundation as a little goes a long way.
Wear: It wears close to 10 hours on bare skin, but you can make it last longer with setting it with a powder or a primer underneath.

Packaging:
Is a simple twist up the pen with a felted flat tip applicator. I'd rather use a brush or my finger to apply these concentrated correctors more accurately, but these are not bad. ;)

Compare
Maybelline Master Camo Color Correcting Pen in 20 Blue is light brighter and less cool tone compared to NYX HD Photogenic Concealer Wand in Lavender. Formula wise 20 Blue is much more full coverage, but the NYX HD Photogenic Concealer one does dry down and sets on its own.
Coverage
Maybelline Master Camo Color Correcting Pen in 50 Apricot applied sheerly under my right eye. Left eye is bare to show my blue lack of pigmentation under my eyes. |
Verdict
I really like the formula far more than any cream compact corrector shade on the market. Although for a silicone formula I was surprised it didn't set complete on its own, they don't slide or melt on the skin either.
