BH Cosmetics Blacklight Highlight 6 Color Palette is a mix of shimmer/glitter metallic formula and Aura pigments these shades are buttery in texture with the exception of Strobe as it slightly more chunky/glittery in texture on the skin. They are more pressed pigments that defused highlighter texture but the point of these shades is to bump up the drama.
BH Cosmetics Spotlight Highlight 6 Color Palette is a shimmery pearl finish formula with high pigmentation and buttery texture. The can be defused out on the skin to get a subtler glow or pumped up for high shine.

BH Cosmetics Blacklight Highlight 6 Color Palette is a fun palette that reminds me the most of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Moonchild Glow Kit. Which I gave away for one reason before this review. Too many of the shades just looked silver on my pale skin, and the formula was very glittery. The BH Cosmetics Blacklight palette reads more metallic on the skin by comparison. So if you're looking for blinding to the heavens glow you will get it with this palette.
BH Cosmetics Spotlight Highlight 6 Color Palette is a really awesome palette to have for pale to medium-deep skin tones and had a more shimmer/pearl finish on the skin. The formula is not as refined/natural as Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed but it is really close is to Anastasia Beverly Hills less shimmery highlighters.
3 of the shades I can see working with deeper skin tones in Dream (but blinding), Radiance and Allure but it's more of the middle of the road highlighter palette. If your fair like me Ethereal and Glow will work just fine but mixing Dream and Vivid can create more options in tones as they are just a tad too deep on their own to look "natural".
