Product:
This palette contains 4 formula in Matte, Shimmer, Duochrome and Metallic and here is some formula difference between each shade in each formula range.

The Mattes were pigmented and a bit powdery in certain shades but mostly smooth in working with on the skin.

The Shimmer shades do pack a punch in terms of pigmentation, and the texture is buttery which allows you to sheer out nicely if you want a wash of the colour as well.

The Duochrome shades where a mix a pearl, shimmer, and glitter/shimmer finishes. All the shade in this formula were very pigmented and smooth to apply except for Shade 12 which the shimmer was a little chunky.

The Metallic shades do pack a punch in terms of pigmentation as well, and all seem to have a smooth pearl finish to the texture that allows for a high shimmer shine you expect in a metallic looking eyeshadows with a buttery smooth application.

Wear: Most I get about 6 to 8 hours of wear without a base.

Packaging: Simple large black plastic compact with no mirror and a snap closure with a push button. The lid has a two stop hinge that allows it stay up to a 100-degree angle or lay flat as needed.

Verdict:
This is an excellent formula shimmer to pearl shadow palette with NO duds in it. This is the first palette I would consider travelling with just on its own because it has a number of classic shades with some on-trend shades that have come out in the past few years (I'm thinking of Anastasia Beverly Hills palettes this year.)

There is enough matte to cover brown bone to transition colours for all skin tones with on matte black to mix if you need to smoke out any of the shade. It just feels well rounded without too many rainbow colours to go overboard for general use or event days.

Be prepared as I have a lot of BH Cosmetics products to review over the winter. ;)
