These Jouer Long-Wear Lip Topper retail for $16US for 5.9 mL / 0.20 fl oz. of product in their full-size product. These minis that are 2ml / 0.067 fl oz of product each were from their 2017 holiday collection which you can't but anymore but I wanted to review the shades in the permanent line, and I did get the sets at a 30% clearance discount.

Product: 

The Jouer Long-Wear Lip Topper formula is a slightly tacky but not sticky gloss base filled with dense shimmer particles that are notable while wearing the various shades. It's very comfortable to wear. But it wears like a standard lipgloss and doesn't dry down like the liquid lipstick style lip toppers.

The shades St. Tropez and Skinny Dip have flakey silver-white shimmer particles similar to the flaky Lime Crime ones that I reviewed. The can look nice but can look very patch if you can get them even like the other shades with their smaller shimmer particles.

Colour:
Frost Bite is a rainbow pearl with a clear base.

St. Tropez is a flakey silver-white shimmer with a sheer pink base.

Skinny Dip is a flakey silver-white shimmer with a sheer champagne base.

Rose Gold is a rainbow and gold shimmer with a sheer beige base.

Tan Lines is a gold shimmer with a brown base.

Stardust is a  gold shimmer with a dusty peach sheer base.

Sugarplum is a flake looking rainbow pearl with a sheer deep plum base.

Wear: I got 3+ wear on their own on the lips.

Packaging: Is a clear tube with a small doe foot applicator. These rounded edge packaging of the minis is a more excellent way the see the duo-chrome nature of some of the lipstick shades in the tube compared.

Verdict:

Area really nice lipgloss formula that is not too sticky and lasts a bit longer on me than most on me. But these are still lipglosses.... :( I HATE GLOSSES. lol

They look really nice though so if you like a glittery looking glosses that you can't feel the glitter in them and are dense in their particles then I highly recommend them. But a lot of these shades looks the same one because they are sheer.
