The Physicians Formula The Healthy Lip Velvet Liquid Lipstick formula is a fairly lightweight formula that takes a while to dry down (I think it was 45 mins on average) to be transfer resistant. There is a slightly tacky texture when you press your lips together but it not that strong. Becuase it's not full matte long wear formula I felt very comfortable on the lips.
For how it feels on the lips, I'd say it drier than Jeffree Stars formula and a little thinner than the Sephora Collection formula. Which for drugstore is not a bad place to sit!

Wear: For about 8-10 hours before needing a touch-up. They also wear down with dignity.
Clear tube with a small doe foot applicator, the doe foot is larger with a curved inwards shape to hug the lip comes to a rounded tip.

Verdict:
The like this formula it's a little tacky when you press your lips together, but it wears a long time with minimal transfer, so this is a drugstore winner for me. Will I get more shades probably not because I own so many liquids lipsticks, but if I need a replacement shade in one of my other ones I'll go for it as it local!
