The Milani Hypnotic Lights Eye Topper's retails for $10.99US or $17.99CAN for 0.18 oz/ 5 g worth of product. I did get these at 20% off at shopper drug mart during a Family & Friends sale. All 4 shades are available with the new Milani displays instore (if your store carries Milani). I just pick up the 3 tame shades as I already own about 3 topper shades in blue. lol

Products: 

The Milani Hypnotic Lights Eye Topper is a thin gel formula what is water-based glitter glue with fine shimmer pigments used in the base of these 3 shades with micro to small size glitter strewn into the formula. This is more of a Top Coat eyeshadow or "Lid Topper" and works well over other products.

The formula is water soluble despite being transfer resistant, so your basic makeup remover does take these off.

Colour:

01 Luster Light is a clear nude base with gold and Rose Gold iridescent shimmer.
03 Beaming Light is a clear pale pink base with pink and white iridescent shimmer.
04 Star Light is a clear base with pink and purple iridescent shimmer.

Wear: For the Milani Hypnotic Lights Eye Topper get a good 6-7+ hours with no base for the Glitter. But priming the eye does help overall for longevity.

Packaging: The Milani Hypnotic Lights Eye Topper has a clear cylinder tube with a gold cap. The felted applicator is flat, small and paddle-shaped to spread the product on more like frosting. ;)

Milani Hypnotic Lights Eye Topper in 03 Beaming Light is brighter and less pink compared Hard Candy Glitteratzi Liquid Sparkler Prism Flip Eyecolor in Twinkle. Lime Crime Diamond Dew in Pixie lean way more green tone compared to the other two.

Milani Hypnotic Lights Eye Topper in 04 Star Light leans pinker compared to Hard Candy Glitteratzi Liquid Sparkler Prism Flip Eyecolor in Aurora.

I do like this formula are is extremely similar to the Hard Candy Glitteratzi Liquid Sparkler Top Coat for Lips And Eyes, the MAC Dazzleshadow Liquid and the Lime Crime Diamond Dew so pick your glitter poison because everyone is getting on this mineral glitter formula.
