Product:
The matte shades are a high pigmented formula that can be dry and little stiff to blend out, but I appreciate the higher pigment content that allows these shades to show true to the pan on the skin and last longer while wearing them.

The shimmer shades still do pack a punch in terms of pigmentation, and the texture is buttery which allows you to sheer out nicely if you want a wash of the shade as well.

Wear: Most I get about 5 to 8 hours of wear without a base. The matte shades do need a primer to last longer than 5 hours on me, but with a primer, they last all day. ;)

Packaging: Simple large black plastic compact with no mirror and a magnetic closure in the lid.

Verdict:
Ther formula on almost all these shades is perfect. Jada is the only one the surfers from its base pigment being more on the dry side as it's in the colour range that is harder to formulate.

The palette as a whole is more on the warm side, and a fair bit of matte shades are brown in it that for me, one of two could have been sacrificed for matte brow bone colour for the pale to medium girls. That said this palette is phenomenally put together and a lot of product for the price so I can see why it became a fan and makeup artist favourite.
