I got this as Part of a Loose Button Luxe Box back in March. The Luxe Box was terribly disappointing but this one the only item that came out of it of some use. Retails for $21CAN for 0.25g / 0.01 oz of product at Shoppers Drug Mart, Rexall currently has this on sale at $14.99CAN.

These types clear lip pencils were designed to draw on the boarder of your lip to prevent bleeding of lip colour. You can also use it to primer you lips as a base coast as well.
Wear: I noticed the product still on after 10 hours wear although I found it didn't help with lipstick fading there was no bleeding on me. My Mom also saw similar results. ;)
Packaging: You think your getting a large pencil with the size of this box. But the pencil 4/5th the size of the box length. The liner comes in a tiny twist one package a that can be twisted back down as well.
Compare: I've been using DuWop Reverse Lipliner for years that retails for $19US and $21 CAN at 3.8g / 0.13 oz. It come with a sharpener because the product is a large pencil. So you are getting more product for the same price compared to the No Bleeding Lips Secret Lip Liner. However the auto sharpen feature of the No Bleeding Lips might be a bonus in your books.
They both preform the same however but because of the size I use the DuWop Reverse Lipliner as an all over lip primer as well with out worrying about wasting product. ;)
Verdict
It works! I have no quails about recommending this for the convince of getting this in most local drugstores.
