L’Oreal Colour Riche Le Matte Lipcolour Stick in Game, Set & Matte, and She’s So Matte |
I'm guess they are permanent now because with such a delayed launch outside the US they where probably only recent thinking of expanding it to the full line of products and tweaking the labeling as well.

Product
These pencils apply cream on the lips but dry down to a thin matte layer on the lips, is almost feather weight. The formula is gel base but there feel lighter than most gel pencils as well. The texture feel soft but not too drying on the lips.
These also sheer out nicely on the lips as well which Give you that soft Korean petal colour look to the look of the lips. It also means you can sheer it down to almost just a stain on the lips without if fading to quickly.
Colour:
Game, Set & Matte is a bright pink that leans slightly on the warm side but the shade is almost neutral so it will lean warm or cool pink compared to your skin tone. This shade is slightly sheer with random white shimmer in it.
She’s So Matte is a rosy pink with a slight nude undertone.
Wear: Close to 5 to 7 hours wear. This product settles down to a matte finish in 1 hour.
Packaging:
Is a long top twist up pencil. The tubes are super lightweight. Also because the product is so thin make sure to keep the smallest amount needed to apply to the lips. I rolled up She’s So Matte a little to high and snapped the product off at the rim of the tube.
The Maybelline Lip Studio Color Blur's 60 I like to Mauve It, next to L’Oreal Colour Riche Le Matte Lipcolour Stick in Game, Set & Matte. |
Compare:
The Maybelline Lip Studio Color Blur's are a slight denser version to the L’Oreal Le Matte Lipcolour Sticks but both a very pigmented for the thinnest of the formula. But with the L’Oreal version I really stop feel the product on the lips although it's matte is soo thin I just don't feel the texture at all.

Verdict
I have to admit i definitely prefer the feel of the L’Oreal Colour Riche Le Matte Lipcolour Stick over the Maybelline Lip Studio Color Blur's but these wear a little less longer on the lips. Both are nice though.
