Laura Geller Baked Gelato Vivid Swirl Blush in Guava & Illuminator in Gilded Honey : Swatches & Review

Laura Geller Baked Gelato Vivid Swirl Blush in Guava & Illuminator in Gilded Honey.
The Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl product line retails for $26US each for the blush at 0.17 oz./5 g of product and the Illuminator for 0.16 oz/4.5g worth of product. I can not really purchase this line in Canada so both of these I got in swaps because I'm a fanatic for the Gelee formula you can get on the market now.

Product:
The Laura Geller Baked Gelato Vivid Swirl Blush in Guava is a satin finish blush formula with a smooth texture and very pigmented. There is a nice glow to this shade without it looking frosty on the skin. I do recommend using a fluffy or stippling brush with this one because it is very pigmented. ;)

The Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator in Gilded Honey is a shimmer finish highlighter. The texture is also smooth and the shimmer is evenly milled so there are not large sparks of shimmer in this one.

Colour:
Guava is a strawberry pink with a satin finish.
Gilded Honey is a bright gold with a shimmer finish.

Wear: On the cheeks, it lasts 9-10 hours before noticing any fading but the colour is still there after 16 hours.

Packaging: This is compact simple clear dome compact.

Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess Pure Color Illuminating Powder Gelee in 01 Heat Wave. Applied heavy and buffed out.
The BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed in Champagne Pop is warmer and shimmery compared to Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator in Gilded Honey.

The Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess Pure Color Illuminating Powder Gelee in 01 Heat Wave is a slightly darker version of the Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator in Gilded Honey.

All these shades however look almost identical used as a highlighter on my skin buffed out.

Verdict:
I really solid highlighter for those that are pale to fair skin toned!
