This palette contains 4 of the 5 finishes urban decay offers.

The Creme formula of Weirdo is a smooth to apply and creamy texture that doesn't migrate on the lips. It was also very slightly hydration on the lips as well.

The Comfort Matte formula does tug slightly at the lips as you apply this shade, so I recommend going in with a lips brush to get a clean line. But the formula is smooth in texture and doesn't feel drying at all to me. These shades are also very opaque so really only need a thin layer to get the coverage you want.

The Metalic formula is are a mix of fine shimmer or larger shimmer particles that make up the shades in this range. Some of the shades are less emollient than others. Junkie had the most slide to the formula and I highly recommend using a liner as a base to match this one to prevent bleeding. While Wrath and Studded were the best texture dues to the fine shimmer particles.

The Shimmer formula is only with Whip shade in this set. These are sheer with even micro-shimmer and a slight tint to it. It's a glossy looking lipstick on the lips.

Colour: 
Disturbed is a deep berry red, Comfort Matte formula. This shade, I had an issue getting to look even with a small lip brush, it does better with a larger brush to even out the product.
714  is a bright warm red, Comfort Matte formula.
Carnal  is a  warm beige rose, Comfort Matte formula.
Safe Word is a dusty nude pink, Comfort Matte formula.
Studded is a taupe, Metalic formula. This shade was very emollient, But I don't remember this shade having a much slip compared to the tester in store.
Whip is a pale sheer pink with gold micro-shimmer, Shimmer formula.
Wrath is a vibrant metallic red, Metalic formula. This shade is slightly more emollient compared to the tester in store.
Big Bang is a sheer bright fuchsia with pink micro-glitter, Metalic formula. This shade is very emollient.

Firebird is a semi-opaque deep fuchsia, Creme formula. This shade stained my lips.
Vanity Kills is a pale lavender, Comfort Matte Formula. This shade slightly stained my lips.
Speedball is a semi-opaque deep vibrant purple, Creme formula. This shade stained my lips.
Junkie is a semi-opaque deep forest green with gold micro-shimmer, Metalic formula. This shade is very emollient.

Wear:
I got 6 hours wear time with the Creme & Metalic formula before noticing any fading. And 8-9 hours wear with the comfort matte formula. The Shimmer formula of Whip and the Metalic formula in Junkie I got 3.

Packaging: Sturdy plastic palette container with a mirror in the lid and a dust cover plastic tray to protect the lipstick from pick up and lint or dust. The smoke acrylic the used to the tray cover I found was strangely staticky and was collecting everything floating in the air. >_< It seems to have calmed down now. The  friction closure is very basic, I found it hard to open unless I place my fingers on either side and not the middle to apply pressure to open it.

The lips brush has a good mechanism and it all plastic with a small synthetic brush.

Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Studded is cooler compared to MAC Viva Glam Rihanna 2, and VERY close to Colourpop Wet Lippie Stix.

Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Wrath is cooler and less warm compared Kat Von D Adora (old packaging but the shade is the same in the studded lipstick ;) ).

 Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Junkie is cooler and deeper compared to Colourpop Bunny and deeper and less blue-based compared to NYX Risque Wicked Lippie.

Verdict:

This palette is for those that want unusual colour and may not want to buy the full size of all of these shades. There is also the Blackmail Vice Lipstick Palette version of this palette with more traditional shades you can purchase from Ulta if that is more your speed. ;)

Personally, I think if you're only interested in 2-4 shades just pick them up in full size. It was nice to try out the other formulas but I'm not sure how often I would reach for half of the shades in this palette now that I know what the colours look like on me.
