The Urban Decay Full Spectrum Palette retails for $55US or $80CAN for 21 x 0.04 oz/ 1.18 mL worth of product. That is a HUGE price jump to CAN dollars, which is why I also waited for the Sephora sale still going on.

Products: 
The Pearl and Metallic shade all were nice to work with and pigmented as well.

The Matte shade where hit a missed some like Delirious, Metamorphosis, and Faded which were very sheer and powdery in texture that can be build up but definitely needs a primer to make them last.
But shade like Minx, Calavera, Hatter (which was improved over the Alice palette original), and Bump were all nicely pigmented and easier to work with.

Most of the Satin finish eyeshadows were nice and pigment with the exception of Sketch being very sheer.

The two Shimmer shades of Goldmine and Iced where sheer by nature as there was no base pigment but the pure shimmer mica in them. They work much better over primer but on their own there was fallout.

Colour (grouped by rows):
Alchemy is a vibrant berry plum with a satin finish.

Warning is a red copper with a metallic finish.

Midnight Blaze is a  charcoal grey matte with gold shimmer. (More like a khaki, Very sheer, works way better over primer)

Hundred is a deep forest green with a pearl finish. (Slightly sheer but buildable)

Minx is a navy matte with pearl shimmer finish. (Slightly sheer but buildable)

Delirious is a plum with a matte finish. (Slightly sheer but buildable)

Platonic is a charcoal satin with white micro-glitter finish.

Gossip is a  hot pink with a pearl finish and white micro-glitter.

Seize is a  bright red coral with a satin finish and white micro-glitter.

Calavera is a  bright yellow with a matte finish and pale gold micro-glitter.

Hatter is a  vibrant green with a matte finish and bright green micro-glitter. (Slightly sheer but buildable)

Blindsided is a bright cobalt blue with a satin finish and white micro-glitter.

Sketch is a true purple with a satin finish. (Very sheer, works way better over primer)

Iced is a oyster silver with a shimmer finish. (Very sheer, but buildable)

Paranoia is a light mauve with a pearl finish.

Jones is a  bright orange with a pearl finish. (Slightly sheer but buildable)

Goldmine is a  yellow gold with a shimmer finish. (Very sheer, but buildable)

Mean is a bright lime green with a pearl finish.

Metamorphosis is a vibrant periwinkle with a matte finish and white micro-glitter. (Very sheer, but buildable, works way better over primer)

Faded is a  dusty lavender with a matte finish and pale gold micro-glitter. (Very sheer, works way better over primer)

Bump is a white with a matte finish.

Wear: 6 hours for the satin/pearl shades on bare skin and 3 hours for the mattes/shimmers.

Packaging:  Plastic compact with a stop hinge lid so that the mirror doesn't flop and a well for the brush. The amount of product you get is the same as their full-size eyeshadows and NAKED palettes

Verdict: 
I'm still giving this one a passing grade as the shades are workable over primer. But I will say though that Mattes are hard to get right and vivid colour ones as even harder with only a few brands that I can think of nailing them like Inglot as single shadows.

But if you're not interested in mostly matte vivid colour eyeshadows and still want a colour palette like this one there is the Coastal Scents 252 Ultimate Palette which does have a few matte shades but mostly pearls, satins, and shimmers. BH Cosmetics 120 6th addition Palette (review coming soon) is also loaded with a spectrum of colours but no yellow. And last year Urban Decay Spectrum Palette you can still get on the Canadian Sephora site if you're more into jewel tones.
