Product:
The matte shades in this formula are pigmented and a  solid opacity they can blend out, but they do stick to were you place them. The shade #7 is slightly sheer but buildable.

The shimmer shades are smooth and buttery for the formula.

The shimmer shade of #6 has the formula that does have Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate/Calcium Sodium Borosilicate has the glitter elements in this eyeshadow and can be used with a stiff brush, but the fingers work way better as well.

Colours:
#1 is a deep navy with a matte finish.
#2 is a bright orange with a shimmer finish.
#3 is a bright aqua with a shimmer finish.
#4 is a vibrant turquoise with a matte finish.
#5 is a blackened blue with a teal shimmer finish.
#6 is a gunmetal silver with a shimmer/glitter finish.
#7 is a light chartreuse with a matte finish.
#8 is a true bright blue with a matte finish and slight micro-shimmer.
#9 is a bright cobalt with a bright yellow shimmer finish.

Wear: Most I get about 8 hours of wear without a base for the shimmers and some of the matte shades. The shade #6 I get 6 hours without a primer.

Packaging: The palette is cardstock base with a plastic tray compact to house the pans. With a mirror in the lid and a magnetic closure.

Verdict:

I have been eye this palette for a while and started a trend of Blue Palettes from other brands like Jeffree Star Blood Blood, Menagerie Cosmetics Whalesong Eyeshadow Palette and Tarte
Icy Betch eye & cheek palette.

This was an ordeal to pick just one of these blue palettes because I knew I wanted but which one! As much as I liked the shades in the Jeffree Star Blood Blood the palette is too bulky for me as the changes art I would be travelling with the blue palette for cosplay more so than using for daily use. I was also interested in Menagerie Cosmetics Whalesong Eyeshadow Palette, but there was a little too much green and not enough of bright blues and aquas for my tastes.

Huda Beauty Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette in Sapphire are the shades I'm sort of missing from my collection with me being able to fill out the lighter shades missing from this palette with other palettes and single shades I have from Jeffree Star palettes and Sugarpill. ;)

Formula wise Huda Beauty nailed these shades, so they are very user-friendly.
