Thes Matte formula shadows are pigmented pressed powders  that can be sold but no too dusty while working them with a brush and smooth to apply to the lids. these are slistly less pigment/powder. compared to the Nikkie tutorials eyeshadows  but they still blendy betifully with the exception of 2 of the pink shades that were on the stif side. 

The pearl/satin/shimmer shades are all very smooth with a low to high sheen finish. all of these share are perfectly pigmented and smooth to blend.

None of the shade in this palette are the Shimmer/Glitter formula from the Nikkie Tutorials as a refernce.

White Lies is a pure white with a matte finish.

Angel Cake is a pale pink beige with a shimmer finish.
Bare Necessity is a warm brown beige with a matte finish.
Preppy Pecan is a midtone brown with a matte finish.
Platinum is a silver with a shimmer finish.
Threat is a deep grey with a matte finish.
Illicit is a black with a matte finish.
Candid Candyfloss is a pale with a shimmer finish.
Tutu is a baby pink with a matte finish.
Sweet Escape is a light rosy pink with a shimmer finish.
Tutti Frutti is a coral pink with a matte finish.
Flamingo is a cool tone bubble gum pink with a shimmer finish.
Make Them Wink is a hot pink with a matte finish.
Dragonfruit  is a rich blush pink with a matte finish. This shade was powdery and slightly sheer on bare skin.

Wear: Most I get about 6+ hours of wear without a base for the shimmers and the matte shades. But with a primer, these last way longer on my hooded eyes. ;)

Verdict:
I actually bought this palette to cross reference what the By Beauty Bay eyeshadow formula is compared to the Limited edition Nikkie Tutorials palette. The shades are not as high of quality comapred to the Nikkie palette but their better quality then half the eyeshadow formulas that are made in China. 

I think this is a really GOOD beginer palette for the price point wand better than Morphe I have tried compared to their mattes. I think this brand is trying to be the Moephe of the UK and Europe which is a good thing to see. They uppped their game with the eNikkie palette so I'm curious if they will purch forward with those formulas in the future as it desn't seem to be and issue with price point to make them. ;)
