Product: 

Thes Matte formula shadows in the small 19mm size pans are VERY pigmented and the most part smooth. I did find them smooth than traditional Sugapill matte eyeshadows but these are still VERY pigmented and blended on the eyes better than swatched.

The matte shade Melody is a blush technically but it works just as well on the lids as it has a similar formula to their eyeshadows. 

The Blush shade Retrograde is a satin matte formula that can also be built up as eyeshadow over a primer.

The Shimmer/Glitter shades in the 4 26mm pans contain the ingredients of Calcium Sodium Borosilicate, Calcium Titanium Borosilicate, and Alumina which creates the mineral Glitter looks to the shadows.

The standard shimmer shades with these ingredients ever very smooth to apply with a brush or a finger to pack on the colour.

These 3 Mineral Glitters shades in Dream State, Ember and Skyrise need more love in terms of a primer to get them to last on your eye all day but it's worth it. I found that these shades were the flakiest for the really need a primer or a glitter Glue like NYX Glitter primer to make them stick more to the eyes. Also using your fingers over a brush allows them to be really packed onto the lids. The other metallics/shimmer were smoother in texture and works fine with a brush.

Colour: 

C1 - Pink Edition
Cloud 9 is a bright aqua with a metallic finish.

Slow Dive is a true indigo with a matte finish. 

Dream State is a pale rose with a gold Mineral Glitter finish.
Melody is a bright true pink with a matte finish.

Undone is a rich aubergine with a matte finish.

Baby Doll is a pastel periwinkle with a matte finish.

Ember is a butter yellow with a gold Mineral Glitter finish.
Supernova is a pale lilac with a pink/turquoise shimmer finish.
Radiate is a bright chartreuse with a matte finish.
Glory is a dusty carnation pink with a matte finish.

C2 - Orange Edition
Elevate is a coral champagne with a shimmer finish.

Side Eye is a warm camel rose with a matte finish.

Moon Shine is a deep gingerbread gold with a turquoise duo-chrome finish.

Retrograde is a peach creamsicle with a satin-matte finish.

Double Shot is a deep rich warm brown with a matte finish.

Young Blood is a burgundy red wine with a matte finish.

Skyrise is a cerulean blue with a turquoise Mineral Glitter finish.

Wear:
On their own these last in the 8-9 hour range for both the matte and shimmer shades. But a primer makes them all a full day on the lids. The 3 Mineral Glitters shade need a primer to make them last past the 5-hour mark, but they do last with a primer.

Packaging: 
The size of these pans in these eyeshadow palettes are 1 x 36mm large pan, 4 x 26mm standard eyeshadow pan size, and 6 X 19mm for the small pans.

The palette themselves are plastic pill shapes palette made with clear and white plastic with a half mirror in the lids. Each half of the outside lid has a matching pink or orange plastic to match the collection name. I love the molecular structure of the connecting eyeshadow pans to give you the medicine feel on the inside of these pill palettes. This is how you create unique physical palette designs that are still functional.

Cloud 9 is deeper and more shimmery compared to LTS Star Ribbon. Mochi is more of turquoise. And Candy Crush is way lighter compared to Cloud 9.
Slow Dive is slightly richer in tone compared to Velocity.

Dream State is pale baby pink compared to the coral pink of LTS Sky Candy. And Dream State is paler and less warm compared to Kitten Parade.

Undone is more pigmented but basically the same shade as 2 Am.

Ember is brighter compared to the LTS Twinkle Twinkle and less green compared to Money Maker.
Radiate is just a hair greener compared to Acidberry, but way more yellow-based compared to Arsenic.

Verdict: 

The new Shimmer/Glitter formula of 3 of the shade thrown me for a loop but this formula is also newer to the market but this is the first palette I had tried with this formula and almost gave those shadows a fail for it. They work but it's more like a pressed glitter which means you need a sticky base to make them last longer on the lids. This Mineral Glitter colour I've only worked with baked formula shadows and highlighter before. The need to be pressed into the Skin!

Overall I think these colour stories are fascinating. The C1 - Pink Edition I think they tried to bring back discontinued shades into newer more pigmented formulas with the mattes. The C2 - Orange Edition is very orange for the brand and thrown in a teal and bright lime to shake up the colour story from an everyday warm look palette but all the shades in this one a mostly unique to the brand.

These are very much buyer preference palettes for shades. They might not entice you to buy them but they are pretty unique colour stories in my collection for that reason.
