Product:
Thes Matte formula shadows are VERY pigmented  pressed powders  that can be sold but no too dusty while working them with a brush and smooth to apply to the lids. 

The 4 Metallic formula is smooth in texture and rich in pigmentation.  They are easy to blend out and build up.

The 2 Shimmer/Glitter shades contain the ingredients of Calcium Sodium Borosilicate, Calcium Titanium Borosilicate, and Alumina which creates the mineral Glitter looks to the shadows. These Mineral Glitters shades need more love in terms of a primer to get them to last on your eye all day but it's worth it. I found that these shades were the flakiest for the really need a primer or a glitter Glue like NYX Glitter primer to make them stick more to the eyes. Also using your fingers over a brush allows them to be really packed onto the lids. The other metallics/shimmer were smoother in texture and works fine with a brush.

Stone is a blush taupe with a matte finish.

Amethyst is a bright berry purple with a matte finish.
Hessonite is a warm orange with a matte finish with micro sequin glitter.

Almandine is a deep berry with a matte finish.
Axinite is a light terracotta with a matte finish.
Moonstone is a soft blush champaign blue/silver duo-chrome shift with a shimmer/glitter finish.

Obsidian is a true black with a matte finish.
Heliodor is a buttercup yellow with a matte finish.
Demantoid is a light dusty khaki green with a matte finish.
Apatite is a bright sea green with a matte finish.
Beryl is a true yellow gold with a metallic finish.
Pyrope Garnet is a bronze with a metallic finish.
Smoky Quartz is a plush/peach with a matte finish.
Tourmaline is a deep teal with a matte finish.
Fire Opal is a fiery orange/red with a matte finish.
Tanzanite is a indigo with a matte finish.
Pink Sapphire is a bubble gum pink with a micro sequin glitter/shimmer finish.
Azurite is a cobalt blue with a metallic finish.
Rhodolite is a bright cool-tone pink with a metallic finish.

Wear: I get close to 8-9 hours of wear without a base for the matte and shimmer shades. The high shimmer glitter shades wear about 6-7 outs without a primer. With primer all day. ;) 

Packaging: The palette is cardstock with a magnetic closure and lid with a mirror.

Pat McGrath Labs Bronze Seduction in VR Fire-Opal is similar to Sample Beauty The Jewel Toned Palette in Diaspore but Diaspore is lighter in tone.

NikkieTutorials X Beauty Bay Pressed Pigment Palette in All In is similar to the Sample Beauty The Jewel Toned Palette in Moonstone but Moonstone is lighter and pinker in tone.

Verdict:
Sample Beauty is another staple palette eyeshadow, colour makers. So this The Jewel Toned Palette I picked up because it's unusual rainbow colours with its bright dusty tone. This is their first shimmer and glitter shades from the brand to try out as well. This palette is better than Morphe and the Beaty Bay matte formula and the Glitter shimmer is Very similar to the Beauty bay Nikkie tutorials eyeshadows and their matte eyeshadow is also closure the pressed pigment formula as well. ;)

I also get ABH Subculture vibes from this colour story but I didn't get that palette because of the formula.
