Again this years movie I'll be covering mostly what was used on Effie Trinket and Katniss. Interesting enough a lot of the outfits this movie where taken straight off the runways as is or slightly modified.

Winners Village Bunny

Effie coming to the Victors' Village is again with bleaching out eyebrows and with a shimmer snow white wash of colour from the lash line to above the eyebrow. To me it also looks like to ad some silver of pale grey for depth and fill in her eyebrows with pure white as well to match the wig. The PAPERSELF lashes they used are Antique Jewellery as is.
She is wear a nude lip and a baby pink blush on the apple of her cheeks.
The Reaping butterfly

Effie during the Reaping is again with bleached out brows. The yellow to pale orange colour on her face sweeps from eye area, over the eyebrows, to the temple, and onto the the cheek bone. It looks to me that orange was added in a wash to the lid to depend the marigold yellow.
The PAPERSELF lash they use are in Lace Garden and this time the one used one side of the pair (seen above) for her. The lashes has the outer two lace section removed and place on her right eye. The large right lace section that was removed was placed on her left lover lash line. And her left eye also have a full top lash added.
She also has butter fly glued to her right forehead, right forearm, and along of left shoulder. She is wear a nude lip with a flesh tone edge.
The Arrival
Effie during the train ride is again with bleached out brows. Her eye lids are in a wash of warm peach eyeshadow and then her eyebrows and onto her forehead is in a wash of pale silver blue colour as well.
She is wearing a bright coral lipstick and coral blush as well.
She is wearing a pair of thin but long feather lashes with a cat liner and her lower lash line is either done ins silver with black rhinestones of a pair of sliver lash with tine black rhinestones on them.
Party Flower
Effie during the Party is all about the mauve and lavender. Again with bleached out brows to a pale orange brown. Her eye lids are in a wash of warm peach eyeshadow and then her eyebrows and onto her forehead is in a wash of pale silver blue colour as well.
She is wearing a mid-tone mauve lipstick and mauve pink blush as well.
She is wearing a pair of spiking long lashes with tiny clear rhinestones on them like rain drops. I'm think Sugarpill's Dewdrop False Eyelashes or Baby Dewdrop False Eyelashes depending on your personally eye shape.
Interview: Cotton Rose

Effie during the Interview is again with bleached out brows. She wearing a washed out pink shade on the eye that swaps out around the brow bone area and onto the forehead like an exaggerate and curled cat eye.
The PAPERSELF lash they use are in Birds. The right eyelash has the open wing bird trimmed off and the left eyelash as the outer folded bird trimmed off. The lover lash line has black dots painted one and it look like her lashes are left bare as well.
She is wearing a mid tone rose lip liner that has an over drawn bow and bottom of the lip in the centre and top with a colour rich lips gloss or Liquid lipstick. Per blush is a mix of a bright rose pink and warm contour to the apple of her cheeks.
Party: Fire Bird
Katniss during the Party look is remind of a Grecian painting style (The dress as well). Her eye lid are away in red with glitter at the centre, The liner is a strong sharp thin black wins with a white wing between the top and bottom line. The lashes are long and whips.
She is wearing a pale flesh tone on her lip and mid tone rose blush as well.
She is wearing a pair of spiking long lashes with tiny clear rhinestones on them like rain drops.
The Chariot
Katniss during the Chariot procession is wearing a very heavy Cleopatra look. Her eye lids are filled in with black the a cupped but gold feather with a thin line to to define each plume and merges into the downward sweeping gold and black line.
The lashes are extremely long on here to be visible against the black and you eye brows where filled in darker as well. I'm thinking Stargazer FEATHERED EYELASH- 54 lashes.
She is showing bare lips and wearing a mid tone rose blush as well.
Interview: Bride and Mockingjay
Katniss during the Interview needed to sport a look that need to work with both the Bride and Mockingjay dresses made by Tex Saverio and look like it fits. The eyeshadow is smoky wash from black at the lash line winged liner, to gunmetal on the lid, to silver, then opal white to the brow bone.
The lower lash line connect to the top wing but defuses out the the middle of the lash line. She is also sporting smokey silver rhinestones just under the lash line as well. Here inner eye has a touch of baby pink as well.
She is wearing a pale berry shimmer/frost lipstick and light bright pink blush as well.
The lashes she has on seem to be fine/thin black feathers as well most likely synthetics ones to get that wispy look to them. I'm thinking Elegant Lashes F879 Premium Black Feather or Elise Lashes #403 with the hanging plumes removed.
Interview: Cork
Johanna's character sported two dress in the movie but one you barely got to see. ;)
Her making up in this cork dress is a basic wash of gold to bronze on the lash line with a heavy pointed synthetic feather pair of lashes on the lower eye line. Her inner arch that connects the bridge of the nose to the brown board also seem to be contoured.
She is wearing a pale bronze lipstick and pale warm bronze blush as well.
There seems to be more costumes done for the main characters then the previous movie. Although this may be the last time we get to see Capital couture int his movie series. ;)
