Product:

Raining Men palette comes in a mixture of shimmer, metallic, and pigment textures.

The shimmer and metallic shadow are buttery smooth and richly pigmented.

The Raining Men palette also have 3 pressed pigment textured eyeshadow in shade 1, 8, and 10. They are great shades but do need a sticky base to prevent fall out due to their texture.

The Guilty Pleasures palette has nothing but what looks like this pigmented texture eyeshadows which is why I didn't pick that one up just in case.

The Birthday Suit palette comes with nothing but matte shade. They not crazy pigmented but the shades are build-able. The texture are slightly powdery but very silky to work with. 

Colour:

Raining Men:

Shade 1 is a light tan peach loaded with shimmer. The texture is more like a pressed pigment.

Shade 2 is a rich shimmer burgundy with a plum undertone.

Shade 3 is a bright cool silver with a metallic finish.

Shade 4 is a deep gunmetal with a silver/blue shimmer

Shade 5 is a neutral medium deep brown with pale blue shimmer

Shade 6 is a rich orange gold with a metallic finish

Shade 7 is a rich red with orange undertone shimmer.

Shade 8 is a pale pink champagne. The texture is more like a pressed pigment.

Shade 9 is a rich forest green with shimmer.

Shade 10 is a light limed khaki green. The texture is more like a pressed pigment.

Birthday Suit:

Shade 1 is a yellow based nude.

Shade 2 is a cool light taupe brown.

Shade 3 is a warm red based deep brown.

Shade 4 is a pale pink.

Shade 5 is a cool light plum grey.

Shade 6 is a warm camel orange.

Shade 7 is as light peach beige.

Shade 8  Is a neutral mid-tone grey.

Shade 9 is a deep navy.

Shade 10 is a pale neutral nude.

Wear: The matte formula shadows wear for about 4 hours without a base.

The shimmer and metallic wear for 6-8 hours.

The 3 Pigment shade only lasted about 2 without a primer or base.

Packaging: Simple clear lip compact with a faux leather and a studded plat inlay. There is also a skinny mirror on the inside of the lid.

Verdict

These are really nice palettes for under $6 each. 

Raining Men has a nice collection of fall and holiday shades to work with.

The Birthday Suit mattes where very impressive at this price range and have a nice variety of 4 highlighter shade along with warm, neutral, and cool tones with a pop of Navy.
