All 3 of these products retails for $1.49US or $1.99CAN. I was happy to final see this years Fantasy Makers display out and that they where offering the Color Icon Eye Pencil in White because that shade isn't sold up here in Canada. We only see 4 shades of the Color Icon Eye Pencils up here (Dark Brown 652 or 649 Mink Brown, Black Black 651, Purple 650D, and Charcoal 655).

Perfect for a Halloween makeup look and there also selling the Color Icon Single Shadows in 250B Sugar and 255D Panther.

Fantasy Makers Lipstick in Black ingredients

Product & Colour: 

The Fantasy Makers Lipstick in Black is a fairly emollient wax based lipsticks. I found it not completely opaque so pairing it with a any black eyeliner on the lips will correct any skin peaking trough and act as a base for the lipstick.

Color Icon Liner Brow & Eye Pencil in White 656A & Black Black 651 are product if you never have tried them should pick up. I've been using Black Black 651 as a liner base and a way to map out theatrical makeup. White 656A I'm also happy to own know for the same reasons. 

Both and very cream and dense with pigmentation but the wax base they use is also long wear even if you don't set it with powder. 

Wear: 

Fantasy Makers Lipstick in Black lasts about 3 hours on it own and any based black eyeliner can take it to 6 or more.

Color Icon Liner Brow & Eye Pencil Wears for about 8 hours before starting to fade.

Packaging: Simple bullet lipstick tube and wood pencils.

Verdict

Good little set for rounding out you Halloween look. White 656A in particular is great at mapping out face paint/theatrical works and you can also fade it out with buffing if need be.

I personally would love to see instead of the Fantasy Makers Lipstick in Black, Wet n Wild make a MEGA LAST® Lip Color in Black because the formula is phenomenal and for only an extra two dollars we would see a quality budget black lipstick.
