You can find Precious Petals and Crown of My Canopy in store here in Canada, but I've only seen them at Rexall and some Walmarts near/in a mall. These ones are permanent because they have taken the time to label them for the Canadian market (aka if you see French it going to be sold up here).

Products:
The Wet n Wild MegaGlo Highlighting Powder formula of these 6 shades is a mixed bag of textures but all of the shades and a more pearl like a glow rather than full on shimmer finish to the skin.

Blossom Glow seems drier in the pans blends out nicely with buffing but look chalky when you apply heavy.

Royal Calyx is also a very dry pan with larger shimmer particles in the formula. This is not a daily shade so it falls into the fun/special event category for a highlight, where glitter would be appropriate. the base texture way finer and more pigmented int terms of colour while trying to wear it.

Botanic Dream, Golden Flower Crown, Precious Petals, & Crown of My Canopy all have the softer and smoother pan texture I expect from a highlighter these days. They are easier to build up and sheer down on the skin.

Colour:
Blossom Glow is a pale pink with a white base and a shimmer finish.
Botanic Dream is a dusty light pink with a shimmer finish.
Royal Calyx is a light blue base lavender with a shimmer finish.
Golden Flower Crown is a light pale gold with a shimmer finish.
Precious Petals is a is a pale rose gold with a shimmer finish.
Crown of My Canopy is a light copper with a shimmer finish.

Wear: The Rainbow Highlighters I get 6-8 hours per shade on their own. ;)

Packaging: The Wet n Wild Rainbow Highlighter is housed in a clear domed lid square compact, with a friction closure. The inside of the clear lid it is bevelled inwards at the centre to help keep the compact closed. I found the original launch product of Crown of My Canopy without the French labelling didn't close completely and stays loose.

Daylight swatches: Blossom Glow, & Botanic Dream. Applied heavy and buffed out.

Verdict:
These are nice they're not at the level as high-end highlighters but they are nice on the skin and the shimmer is more realistic and less shimmery to give you last more natural glow. Thes can be intensified if you want that high shine look, so these are a great permanent product line for highlighters in the drugstore and with a shade for most skin tones.
