The Bite Beauty Opal Crème Lipstick retails for $24US or $28CAN for 0.13 oz of product which is the same price as their standard lipsticks.

Bite Beauty Opal Crème Lipstick box and ingredients.
Product & Colour: Opal is a clear base lipstick with a blue/pink micro shimmer. The texture is relatively smooth on the lips as well.

The concept is what I appreciate because glosses on me fade with in 2 hours usually this being a clear lipstick form give me the shimmer I like in a gloss but last for hours longer.

Also the formula is not to emollient that you can use this to highlight the skin without it breaking down the foundation underneath it. I had this problem with Illamasqua Gleam over long wear products like foundations and gel pencils.

Wear: Close to 4 to 5 hours wear for this before the shimmer faded down to a subtle shimmer.

Packaging: Simple bullet packing with a rubberised grey body. The tubes are super lightweight.

Over long wear Liquid Lipsticks: This formula work well over long wear liquid lipstick it does reactivate the a very thin and sheer layer of the pigment so it's not kiss proof but the base colour still stay strong even as this pear finish wears down.

Verdict
It's almost strange my first full size Bite product is a shimmer glaze lipstick but it boggle the mind that no ones else is also willing to do this sort of transformative lip product either. The has also sold out in local Sephora stores so it's a testament of how wanted on the market it is once people give the tester a go. ;)
