Retails for $6US or $6.99CAN for 2.96 oz worth of product at Walmart. This collection contains retro shades from the original Hard Candy line which had a lot of pastel tones to work with. It was the baby sister to Urban Decay back when the brand was owned by UD and in general had a softer girly branding compared to UD's edgy style.

You can find this product in a pile on the bottom shelf of the Hard Candy displays or with the other Top Ten Eyeshadow Collection palettes if you store doesn't have the end cap display. This collection came in later to a number of Canadian stores so you can still find it in store.

Products: 
This palette comes in a mixture of shimmer, matte, and frost .
The shimmer and frost shade in this one are all pigmented and buttery. The 2 satin/matte shades are very pigmented and smooth to apply.

Colour:

Shade 1 is a deep cool tone with with subtle gold shimmer.
Shade 2 is a is a deep plum purple with shimmer.
Shade 3 is a pale mint green with a frost finish.
Shade 4 is a pale peach satin/matte with white shimmer.
Shade 5 is a pale ivory with a satin finish.
Shade 6 is a blackened navy with white shimmer.
Shade 7 is a mid-tone taupe brown with a satin/matte finish.
Shade 8 is a pale pink with white shimmer.
Shade 9 is a pale blue with white shimmer.
Shade 10 is a frosty white with white shimmer.

Wear: 
The matte formula shadows wear for about 4 hours without a base.

The shimmer and frost shades wear for 6-8 hours.

Packaging: Simple clear lip compact with a faux metallic icy blue leather. There is also a skinny mirror on the inside of the lid.

Daylight swatches: Shade 1, Shade 2, Shade 3, Shade 4, & Shade 5.

Flash swatches: Shade 1, Shade 2, Shade 3, Shade 4, & Shade 5.

Daylight swatches: Shade 6, Shade 7, Shade 8, Shade 9, & Shade 10.

Verdict:

I love this classic Hard Candy shades palette and it remind me of the single eyeshadows they used to sell way back at Sephora.
