Product:
The Provocalips formula is a long wear gel based product that dries down to a matte and slightly tacky texture on the lips. This tacky text is removed once you seal it with the gloss coat provided. After the gloss wears off you are left with a matte and tack free lip colour as well.
Formula wise the lipstick reminds me of the MUFE Aqua Rouge and Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipsticks as both have a slightly tacky feel to the lips before sealing the product with some sort of balm.
The clear gloss don't lift or smudge the lip lacquer so long as you let the lipstick dry completely first, which does take a few minutes. The gloss also work well over other liquid lipstick formula's.
Colours:
110 Dare To Pink is a light peach/pink nude. This one did not always want to apply evenly but the shade was build able without getting too heavily.
120 Pucker Up is a sheer dusty rose nude with shimmer. This is more like a long wear gloss then lip colour but it does wear a long time so if you like the look of it and are sick of lip gloss disappearing quickly on your lips this will be a winner.
200 I'll Call You is a slight sheer bright berry pink.
310 Little Minx is a strong magenta.
500 Kiss Me You Fool is a hot orange based rd.
550 Play With Fire is a rich blue based red.
700 Skinny Dipping is a pale nude greyed beige.
750 Heart Breaker is a warm brick brown/red that was semi opaque.
Wear: 8-12 hours wear total and about only 3 hour of the glossy look on the lips before the sealer coat dries down.
Packaging: Is a double ended wand with separate tube for the colour lipstick and sealing gloss.

Verdict
These are very good dupes to the MUFE Aqua Rouge formula in the drug store range. They wear beautifully so long as you don't eat anything oily.
I'll admit the only complaint I had was the tacky texture more annoyed me then anything because I didn't like the feel of my lip sticking slightly and i want to wear there more as matte shades then long wear and glossy. Which is why you won't see me getting the Stila and MUFE versions in the future. But it's just my personal preference as I hate the feel of any type of sticky lips. ;)
