Product:
The Maybelline Lip Gloss Palette formula remind me of MAC Glazed formula with strong pigmentation but the glossy sheen to the finish. The pigmentation was even with applying these and fairly blam like feel to the lips while wearing.
The L'Oreal La Palette Lip Nude 02 formula is a sheer cream lipstick. This one reads more opaques on the lips and I found it slightly hydrating.
Both didn't settle into my lipline to badly but very subtle feathering occurred for both so you might like to use a lip liner to keep them in place.

Shade 2 is a is a warm nude peach with a cream/glaze finish.

Wear: Both palettes wore for 2-3 hours with a need for touch-ups throughout the day.
Packaging: Both palettes are made of plastic with clear windows in the lids and have a synthetic brush to apply the lips colours. The L'Oreal one has a Mirror in the lid.

WINNER:
I'd say the L'Oreal La Palette Lip Nude 02 because it has more product and stronger pigmentation for the lack of shades as trade off. But both palettes wore on me for about the same amount of time though and would need to keep on hand to reply them throughout the day.
