Talc, Polymethyl Methacrylate, Boron Nitride, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Lauroyl Lysine, Trimethylsiloxyphenyl Dimethicone, Dimethicone, Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate, Zinc Stearate, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Tocopheryl Acetate. MAY CONTAIN / PEUT CONTENIR (+/-): Mica, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Red 6 (CI 15850).

Product:
This product comes in two finishes, pearl/shimmer for the shimmery highlights and matte for the contour and face highlighters as well.

The two shimmer shades in this palette are powdery but not chalky to apply. The glide nicely over foundation though and they are sheer enough to get a nice glow without the shades looking heavy on the skin.

The matte highlighters are buttery, the texture is also smooth and buildable. You can still cake these up if you overdo the coverage, but with a light hand and sheer layers this should not be a problem.

The contours are very nice in this palette. The deeper shade of Hollow is a touch more powdery than the other 3 but not chalky at all, This one I recommend building up slowly. The over 3 are buttery in natural and blend nicely into the skin.

Colour:
Ice Queen is a pale off white pearl with a shimmer finish.
Soft Light is a light warm nude with a matte finish.
Cream is a soft banana powder yellow with a matte finish.
Nectar is a soft yellow undertone peach with a shimmer finish.

Tan is a warm brown with pink/orange undertones with a matte finish.
Toffee is a light neutral yellow brown with a satin finish. This one seems sheer in applying but it buildable.
Sculpt is a mostly neutral rose taupe brown with a matte finish.
Hollow is a deep neutral brown with a matte finish. This shade  was catching on the texture of my dry skin.

Wear: For about 10 hours before noticing any fading.

Packaging: This palette is a simple compact style with a clear lid to see to the products inside. The tray has a lip in each well to snap in and hold the single pans of product. The pans themselves have a matching ridge and a smooth flatter bottom.

Verdict

This is a nice overall palette for fair to medium-deep skin tones. But the best part about this palette is that they have more shades to work with and customize the palette for every skin tone for the price of a $6CAN pan refile. You can also choose to just order the refills you need for $12CAN if you're just looking for a Highlight and Contour colour from NYX. ;)
