The Soft Matte Lip Cream formula is a silicon based cream that dries down to a powder-like texture on the lips. I personally found this formula drying on the lips and I'm not sure why because I find the long wear matte formulas just ok for dryness issues.
Colour:
TOKYO (SMLC03) is a pale blue based baby pink. This one didn't want to apply evenly on my lips.
ANTWERP (SMLC05) is a rosy light coral.
Wear: Close to 5 hours wear for the lipstick.
Packaging: It a tube base with a doe foot applicator.

Verdict
I'm not a fan of the 2 shades here, they run very sheer and powdery on my lips and building them up didn't really help with the evenness of the colours. I sure that deeper shade have better pigmentation but these two shade I would avoid.
