The Hard Candy Plumping Serum Gel Stick in Beloved is a coral pink with a cream finish and micro shimmer. This is a hydrating lipstick formula so I'm guessing that is what they meant by Serum Gel. But for me, I found the formula filled into my lip line slightly and catches on any dry patches I had.
Wear: Wears for about 2-3 hours.
Packaging: A simple bullet style tube that also has a clear top cap to show the colour of the products in a sample.

Verdict
It not a bad lipstick formula and I still recommend checking it out. But it's a touch too emollient for my lips and I tended to eat it up too quickly for my preference. :P
