The ColourPop Super Shock Shadow retails at $5US for 2.1g /0.07 oz worth of product. The Super Shock Cheek Blush retails at $8US for 4.2g / 1.5 oz worth of product. All these shades are either Discontinued, limited rerelease, or limited edition with the exception of Prenup. But I still wanted to review them and get back into the Colourpop line.

Product:
The blush formula in satin is a dewier version of the matte blush formula and has micro shimmer in it. These blended like butter on the skin. These two shades had more of a pearl finish than the other shade I had tried in the satin finish.

The Shadow formula I found a wet and dense cream to powder finish and has a strong pigmentation and nice slip on the skin. The Pearlized formula has the feel of a satin base with shimmer throughout. The shimmer lasts a long time just on their own, but was the first thing to fade when worn on its own without a primer.

The Metalic formula is similar to tPearlized but the shimmer is larger particles to create a high shine over the base shade. I did find the flaky shimmer to fade quicker without a primer but that base colour held on strongly.

Super Shock Cheek Blush in
Prenup is a cool pink with a satin/pearl finish.
Pegacorn is a plum pink with a satin/pearl finish.

Super Shock Shadow in
Ibiza is a vibrant turquoise with a pearl finish.
Mirage is a light gold with a pearl finish.
Sleigh is a dirty gold with a metallic finish with gold/rainbow flaky shimmer.
Mermaid Kiss is a vibrant green with a pearl finish.
Pop Rocks is a light denim blue with a pearl finish.
Summer Lovin  is a rose gold with a metallic finish with white flaky shimmer. (This shades shimmer does have fall out.)

Wear:

The Shadows pull 8-11 hour without a base or primer which is impressive for the formula. The shimmer last that 8 hours as well.

Packaging:
The Shadow and Blush trays are housed in an open but extra deep jar, I think it's for getting the most airless seal out of the packaging with the extra deep screw on lid. Once you're done with the shadow you can take out the tray and reuse the jar. ;)

Verdict

Again a bit sad these had to go, as the Tie Dye(d) shades were relaunched again in the spring summer as the shades were all a nice tone when blended together. But it's also nice to product consistency through both the LE and permanent range of products. (Which seems to be an issue with a lot of mainstream brands lately)
