Product: 

The Velvetines matte shade of Nightshade and Blue Flame is full coverage for difficult deep shades like these, I'm impressed. These are still the same thin but full coverage formula I like from the brand that feels comfortable on the lips while wearing these shades.

The metallic formula for Serpentina is a sheer base but the glitter and pigment applied so evenly and layers well to get full coverage in 2 thin layers I'm not angry at it. This one I would recommend a lip liner just so that you have a base colour that matches the shade, so you don't have to worry about you lip colour peeking through it.

The scent smells faintly of cotton candy with the Velvetine formulas.

Colour:
Nightshade is a blackened plum red with a matte finish.

Serpentina is a yellow based green with a metallic finish.
Blue Flame is an indigo blue with a matte finish.

Wear: The Velvetines I get 6-10 hours per shade depending on the amount of eating I do during the day.

Packaging: The Velvetines come in a frosted glass tube with a metallic red cap with screened warm pink and white raised roses and lettering that you can feel to the touch. The applicator is a standard felt doe foot one.

The Coloured Raine Jade liquid lipstick is much darker and less glittery metallic compared to Lime Crime Serpentina.
The Lime Crime Blue Flame is just a hair lighter than Makeup Monster Titan.

Verdict:
Theis is a cool Halloween set. Yes, it's fall and Halloween is right around the corner. WEther these shades will be seasonal ones is yet to be seen, but I hope that Nightshade becomes permanent as blackened red are hard to make in the liquid lipstick market and this one of the best I've tried.

Having Serpentina, back in a liquid lipstick form has been a hope of mine for years. The original unicorns lipstick was beautiful but needed a matching base to get full coverage. Although this version it sheer as well the wear time of it is way longer which makes it a more ideal formula for unnatural lipcolours.
